排氣冒黑煙:

(1)柴油機負荷超過規(guī)定

(3)氣門間隙不正確、氣門密封不良,導致氣門漏氣,燃燒惡化

(4)噴油提前角太小,噴油太遲使部分燃油在排氣管中燃燒

(5)進氣量不足:空氣濾清器或進氣管阻塞,渦輪增壓器壓氣機殼過臟等

降低負荷使之在規(guī)定范圍內

調整噴油泵

調整氣門間隙,檢查帶封錐面,并消除缺陷

清洗和清除塵埃污物,必要時更換濾芯

檢查或更換氣封環(huán),擰緊結合面螺釘

(1)噴油器噴油霧化不良,有滴油現(xiàn)象,噴油壓力過低
(1) Poor atomization of fuel injector, oil dripping and low injection pressure
(2)柴油發(fā)電機組剛起動時,個別氣缸不燃燒(特別是冬天)
(2) When the diesel generator set is just started, individual cylinders do not burn (especially in winter)
檢查噴油器偶件,進行修磨或更換。重新調整噴油壓力,使其達到規(guī)定范圍
Check the fuel injector coupling for grinding or replacement. Readjust the injection pressure to the specified range
適當提高轉速及負荷,多運轉一些時間
Properly increase the speed and load and run more time
3排氣冒藍煙:
3. Blue smoke from exhaust:
(1)空氣濾清器阻塞,進氣不暢或其機油盤內機油過多(油濾式空濾器)
(1) The air filter is blocked, the air intake is not smooth, or there is too much oil in its oil pan (oil filter air filter)
(2)活塞環(huán)卡住或磨損過多,彈性不足;安裝時活塞環(huán)倒角方向裝反,使機油進入燃燒室
(2) The piston ring is stuck or worn too much, and the elasticity is insufficient; During installation, the chamfering direction of the piston ring is reversed to allow the oil to enter the combustion chamber
(3)長期低負荷(標定功率40%以下)運轉,活塞與缸套之間間隙過大,使機油易串入燃燒室
(3) During long-term low load operation (below 40% of rated power), the clearance between piston and cylinder liner is too large, so that the oil is easy to string into the combustion chamber
(4)油底殼內機油加入過多
