首先,旋風(fēng)分離器登場(chǎng),它利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的離心力,就像在洗衣機(jī)高速甩干時(shí),將衣物中的水分甩出一樣,把尾氣中較大顆粒的粉塵分離出來(lái),沉淀至設(shè)備底部,初步凈化尾氣 。
Firstly, the cyclone separator is introduced, which utilizes the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to separate the larger particles of dust in the exhaust gas, similar to how the moisture in the clothes is thrown out during high-speed spin drying in a washing machine, and settle at the bottom of the equipment to preliminarily purify the exhaust gas.

Next, the bag filter or fine filter plays a role, acting like a fine sieve to intercept the remaining fine dust and ensure further cleanliness of the exhaust gas. For harmful gases such as sulfides in exhaust gas, devices containing alkaline solutions (such as sodium hydroxide solution) or adsorbent materials (such as activated carbon) will be used to remove these corrosive and polluting gases through acid-base neutralization chemical reactions or physical adsorption.
最后,干燥設(shè)備出馬,通過(guò)冷凝或吸濕等方式,將尾氣中的水蒸氣清除。因?yàn)樗魵獾拇嬖?,不僅會(huì)降低燃燒效率,還可能在低溫環(huán)境下凝結(jié)成液態(tài)水,導(dǎo)致管道堵塞,影響后續(xù)發(fā)電流程。經(jīng)過(guò)這層層關(guān)卡的凈化,尾氣變得干凈、干燥,可燃成分得以提純、集中,為后續(xù)高效發(fā)電奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ) 。
Finally, the drying equipment is activated to remove water vapor from the exhaust gas through condensation or moisture absorption. Due to the presence of water vapor, not only does it reduce combustion efficiency, but it may also condense into liquid water at low temperatures, causing pipeline blockages and affecting subsequent power generation processes. After passing through these layers of purification, the exhaust gas becomes clean and dry, and the combustible components are purified and concentrated, laying a solid foundation for efficient power generation in the future.
